Angelical Ravings started off as a handbound handsewn limited run stamped zine, and then evolved into a newspaper press. Now we are focused in on a larger publication that will be COLLAGED, STAMPED, MULTI-MEDIUM and sent to print. We are accepting submissions for a physical copy that will be collaged & published. We currently only accept poetry, art, collage, multi-medium pieces, and SHORT fiction, non-fiction and essays that can fit within one page. When sending your piece, you are welcome to send one aesthetic image that resonates with your piece or who you are as an artist, it will likely be collaged and incorporated into your piece. I will also incorporate my artistic vision into the whole finished copy of ANGELICAL RAVINGS. (-Harley Claes)

The origin of the name "Angelical Ravings" comes from a quote by Allen Ginsberg.
"my poetry is Angelical Ravings, and has nothing to do with dull materialistic vagaries about who should shoot who. The secrets of individual imagination – which are transconceptual and non-verbal – I mean Unconditional Spirit – are not for sale to this consciousness, are no use to this world, except perhaps to make it shut its trap and listen to the Spheres. Who denies the music of the spheres denies poetry, denies man, and spits on Blake, Shelley, Christ and Buddha. Meanwhile have a ball. The universe is a new flower. America will be discovered. Who wants a war against roses will have it. Fate tells big lies, and the gay Creator dances on his own body in Eternity."
